Women’s Bible Studies & Events

We offer a variety of studies for women to grow and be encouraged. Studies usually take place at Calvary Chapel or in a leaders home on different days and at different times so that if one doesn’t fit your schedule another may. Along with Bible studies we have small groups that meet for prayer each week as well as personal discipleship groups, which aren’t listed but you can get more information by contacting us.
See our FOCUS GROUPS page for more information and to sign up for current small group Bible studies, including Men’s and Women’s groups.

About Oasis Youth Group

OUR MISSION

is to encourage our youth to become disciples of Jesus Christ who have a heart of prayer, and a desire to worship God. (Matt. 28:19)

OUR GOAL

is for the next generation to grow spiritually in their desire to worship and serve our Lord (Luke 4:8).

OUR BIBLICAL PRINCIPLES THAT MOVE OUR MISSION & GOAL

1. “Preaching the Word”  The Bible/The Gospel is our main emphasis through all we do.  (2 Tim. 3:16)

2. “Encourage Obedience to God”  Discipleship creates spiritual accountability and support for the believer. (Luke 22:42)

3. “Love one another as I have loved you”  Service is a proactive way for us to be able to show our world Christ.  (John 3:16)

4. “Love the Lord your God with all your heart” Worship is the believers expression of their commitment to God. (Rom 12:1-2)

5. “Go and make disciples”  Missions/ Evangelism is the believers command to Go out and live missional lives which impacts those within our sphere of influence.  (Matt. 28:19)

WE BELIEVE

1. THE BIBLE/THE GOSPEL

is the power of God for salvation, it is the everlasting word of the Lord that will stand forever.

2. DISCIPLESHIP

is growing in the grace and knowledge of Jesus Christ, the process by which one becomes more like His Son.

3. SERVICE

is meeting the needs of others in love. God has uniquely shaped each of us to serve in some way.

4. WORSHIP/PRAYER

is celebrating God’s presence, depending wholly upon him, and honoring him with our lifestyle.

5. EVANGELISM/MISSIONS

is sharing & living the life-changing message of Jesus Christ among those who don’t have a personal relationship with him.

MissionsBanner1
Below are the missionaries and outreaches we support both financially and through prayer. We encourage every believer to prayerfully consider their personal responsibility for the cause of world missions and evangelism. Some may be able to do only a little, while others may be able to do more. The only criteria for involvement in world evangelism is love for God, our fellow man, and a commitment to follow through with any commitment we make. With love as our motive and the Holy Spirit as our guide, we can work together to see God’s will “done on earth, as it is in heaven.”

WHAT IS MOPS?

Here at MOPS, we are on a mission to celebrate motherhood. We build circles of women who love each other like family, because raising humans is beautiful and hard, and having each other to lean on is life-giving. That’s why we connect moms all over the world to a community of women, in their own cities, who meet together to laugh, cry and embrace the journey of being a mom. This is motherhood, and together we can change the world in all the best ways.
